- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Options
Upon approval of your refund request, you will have the following options:
- Refund to Original Payment Method: If you paid by credit card, debit card, or PayPal, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit in the form of a gift card that can be used towards future purchases on Necklace-Lovers.
